The hotel's location was great, being next to a river and close to Nairobi's central business district. It was also a short distance from Eagle Peak Spur, where I dined multiple times.

The rooms were outstanding and spotless, had a roll in shower and bath sheets.

Location: the hotel was just off Nairobi central business district which is very important, the centre of Nairobi and the garden. Popped in Velvet Bar & Grill for shots before sleep, it was within easy walking distance of the venue...

I loved staying in the studio suite here! 🌟 When we arrived, we found a microwave, a personal safe, and an iron available in the suite, which was super convenient.

We had a microwave, an individual safe, and an iron. the location was quiet for traveling around Nairobi, very close to restaurants as well as the National Museum. It was very close to the city center.

We enjoyed our stay at Norfolk Towers and will definitely be regular visitors. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. Despite the occasional WiFi inconsistency, it was still better compared to other places in Nairobi. The secure compound with 24/7 security guards added an extra layer of safety. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Nairobi.

I recently stayed at a conveniently located apartment in the heart of Nairobi. The rooms were spacious and had all the cooking facilities I needed, with great views from the balcony. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

All was well, no improvements necessary.
